The unified one is a legend from the 13th century
it is supposed to mean that one girl/boy will gain powers so powerful
this person can just do anything
power over emotions.
It had a saying, said the legend

"The Unified One is close..." so said

if you anger the unified one, You will be dismissed
The unified oen shall be treated with full respect.
if you dont. You will regret it. You will.

The legend was told on the 23th of januray 1319
